Title: "the trees are too tall" Fuzz
Post by: (DEAD)fx on July 06, 2014, 03:33:18 PM
here's my latest pedal build, a Fuzz Factory clone using the madbeans zombii v.4 etched pcb.

This looks great! I really like the way you did the lines below the knobs. I'm hoping to learn to etch like this one day.

That's a beautiful aesthetic and the wiring is nice and tidy. Good job!

I'm pretty sure that's laser engraving.

It does look really nice.  I like the aesthetic.

yes, it's laser engraving. I've always wanted to try the acid etching process but gained access to a laser engraver at my job before I ever tried it so went with the obviously easier and more controllable method of laser engraving the graphics.

Beautiful!

First time that i see a FuzzFactory with such a passive theme, makes it a terrific «jack in a box»! 8)

I just moved from Austin. Perhaps we ran into each other?

Awesome build too, pretty subtle theme for a not subtle pedal.

I like the inside note too

A great kick in the pants for me to get going on my industrial fuzz pcb

I was looking at this again... are those transistors touching the enclosure?

I missed that one. Love the enclosure; the knobs combined with the engraved textures are killer

Seriously one of the nicest etches/designs I've seen!

Wow, this is lovely. This kind of quality is what I aspire to do! Made in Austen, too, how cool is that! Home of one or two great guitarists :-P
