If you are in the USA I would go with Mouser; especially if you are going to powdercoat them yourself (they don't have the best color selection). They sell the real deal Hammond 1590 series and the price breaks are at 10, 25, 100, 250, 500 etc. Only $5 each if you buy 25 of the 1590Bs! If you ask for economy shipping it won't add too much to the total either. I just placed an order for 1000 1/4" jacks and shipping was $5!

Here is a link to the 1590B prices:

And the Mouser Catalog with links to enclosures:

Sorry for the highjack,
Can someone tell me which hammond enclosure is similar to tayda's 125B?
I am thinking buying some enclosures from mouser's too but I can't find anything similar to 125B.

thanx everyone,
Panos.

The 1590N1 looks close. http://www.hammondmfg.com/dwg.htm (http://www.hammondmfg.com/dwg.htm) It's a little bit shorter than the 125B, but it should still have room to get jacks under pots since its about 6mm taller than the BB. There's also the 1590BS which is the same footprint as the 1590B but is 38mm tall.

If you're in Australia, I find that pedalpartsaustralia.com has the cheapest enclosures.  Check their automated postage at the checkout though, it wants to charge me for a 33kg box on a 2kg parcel, so check with the guys first.  I've found them to be pretty good and quick with their communications.
