She was 10 days late and refused to come out the old fashioned way, but now she's here. She almost shared a birthday with her uncle GeekMacDaddy, but she was just a little bit too early for that.
Mom and baby are doing great.
Can't wait to teach her to play guitar and build pedals (or help her get good at whatever she wants to pursue).

Congratulations indeed! Great picture. For what it's worth, my younger daughter was born with a pretty convincing Mohawk as well, and she is the one out of my two girls who is most interested in pedals, fuzz, and music in general. You're in for good times!

Late to the party too... Congrats! Happy to know she es doing great too (and it couldn't be otherwise with that mohawk hairsyle... she's going to get you into troubles when grown up :P).
Try to remember to meet your wife's needs right now.
This hormonal time can really wear her down. She might be incredibly sad for no real world reason.
Be supportive even when exhausted.
This is the time in my son's babyhood when I would place him on a pillow and sleep with the pillow in my arms.
I still think about that a lot. Especially when he is dumping armloads of dinosaurs and clone troopers in the living room.
