It's a CMAT Signa Drive on vero, and the very first TS built for my own scientific need.
As I mentioned in recent threads I never got the thing about tubescreamers.
I feel kinda stupid to have waited 18 years before I tried one with my own gear.
Without dirt it sounded like I remember it, total shite.
But with gain, holy indian cow!!
I was able to transform my Micro Terrors 70s distortion into really hi-gain territory a la Dark Terror.
Drive at 9, tone 12 and max volume, BOOM!
The red LED clipping-mode was total deathmetal haha.
And another thing, the tone control can be maxed as well, great chuggachugga on low E without the mud 8)
