Title: So I'm thinking about DIYing some beer taps...

Anyone have any experience with this?

I've been looking at some conversion kits and a suitable mini fridge shouldn't be too difficult to source.

Mainly I'd like to be aware of as many of the pitfalls ahead of time as possible.  You know, "if I'd known this ahead of time I'd _______________" sorta stuff.

When I home-brewed I got most of my stuff from here:

I put a tap in a fridge door.  I also used a thermostat from the above company to regulate the temp for optimum flavor;)  I'm almost certain I got all my supplies for the kegging stuff from the above store.
