hi
can i use a 10KA instead of 10KB pot for the feedback on the current lover?
thanks
generally speaking yes. as long as the resistance is ok, you're good. But it might behave a little weird.
PM me your adress and I'll send one your way tmr if I have one. I work at TU Vienna, so you could also pick it up, if you're close by.
hey felix, thanks a lot for the offer.
i just realised im also missing a 10MC pot... :(
is there anything you need i can offer you in return?
got a lot LED bezels, power jacks, some mojo caps and some trannies
Nope, need nothing in return.
Unfortunately, I don't have any C taper pots in stock... If you still want the 10kB pot though, I'll have a look if I have one. Btw., don't you hate that Conrad doesn't carry the 90° pcb mounts?
ok thanks a lot man :)
yes but i can order some, since i need the C1M pot as well.
actually conrad sucks anyway, they have few stuff and they are very expensive. bought some toggle switches and DIP sockets, and ive never paid so much for such few parts. nevertheless the switches are quality stuff...
but i can buy some ordinary pots there and solder wires to it ;) maybe thats what ill do :)
Unfortunately, Conrad also is the only local shop I know of that has standard parts in stock. It kind of became me tuesday routine to swing by on my way to the USI :D
yeah unfortunately... but im ordering nearly everything online now
i also wondered about the current lover, there are some strange resistor values.
i got a 24k, 3k, 200k resistor, but a 13k is hard to get actually... ebay helped me out
