Hi, I have broken Boss DD2 for a long time. Problem is that pcb snapped and it almost impossible to repair it. Is there any infos about original layout? Or is there a way to make one? Any help is welcomed :)
Cheers
Brane
A pic of the damaged board could help to identify if it can be fixed.

I'll post picture of two parts of pcb, it looks pretty bad. BTW I send email to roland/boss support, who knows maybe they can help me with this :)
I wonder if the DD3 service notes would help you. I see that the DD2 & DD3 service manuals seem to be listed together. Either way here is what I can find.

I've repaired broken PCB's just with jumper wire many times.
YMMV however. Depends on where it is broken and how small the traces are.
Clear pics of both side would tell us a lot.
Thanks Cody for links, they are very usefull.

Boss enclosures are pretty strong. Did the Incredible Hulk get pissed at it?

Thanks :) Really happy 'cause it works ;D
it's a huge pcb that one. how do you like the sound? there is a whole array of enthusiast that are into those old Bosses
personally I've never found DD2/3 to be appealing to me. actually, I don't like any digital delays as you know :D

Yes it is, board had one big crack as you can see and 2 smaller. I am playing it at the moment and sure is good straight delay, it would be better if it had some modulation, but back in the days this size delay was lottery win I think :D
Awesome work man. Glad it worked out. What a great experience also.
