Title: Green Russian Big Muff voltage problem
Post by: Hval on June 24, 2016, 05:12:49 PM
Hi everyone!
I've built a green Russian bm from the vero layout by lvlark @fxlayout, but i'm having very little to no sound from the pedal.
I've decided to measure voltages on the trannies and i've found out that the collector on every trans (using 2n5089) takes only 0,9 from the dc instead of the normal value of circa 4.
I'm using 15k resistors feeding the courrent to every collector, like on the vero layout.
Anyone can throw me an hint to continue debugging this pedal?
Thank you guys!!

check your power supply make sure it is > 8v. turn the power off and measure the collector resistors for resistance. it should be within +/-%20 of the schematic. if you have the right resistors there then check the base voltages with the power on. report back the base voltages.
