This weekend I cleaned and re-organized the shop so I thought now would be the best time to do a little video tour. Just for fun. Anyway, for those who are interested: are there any specific topics or questions you want me to cover? Otherwise this might be a two minute video!
I have a couple of thoughts but some questions really would stem from seeing the space.
- How you organize parts?
- Where various tools are kept and why?
- Do you change anything when building, boxing, and testing?
- Most useful tools
- Build tips (things like how you solder in sockets and the like)
I know a couple of those things may be in build docs and such.
TLDR; How did you arrange things to simplify your life?
I know it might make us all go blind, but I'd really like to see the jar of unicorn tears.

-The top secret surplus of ABDLX and ZPDLX boards. (Because they are just really some of the best MBP projects ever and I'm hoping to get another of each one day!!!!)
-The bottomless jug of bean dip
I wanna see these MN3005 chips you have kicking around your bench.

-pedals in the shop that inspire you
-where the bodies are stored

It's looking like you could do a miniseries. All these sound great to me. Tales from the Bean Cave.
The first video is going to be pretty basic...just what I have, how it's organized and some details about how I build and also manage the commercial aspect of mbp. Maybe a follow-up video later on with more in-depth stuff with some of the suggestions here. I'll try to incorporate as many of the suggestions here that I can that fit the scope of the first video.

I think of the Madbean Eagle part library as a dark, richly carpeted room, sort of like in the Clue board game, with leatherbound volumes and overstuffed upholstered chairs. Probably with Nick Offerman sitting in one of the chairs and sloshing a whisky glass in one hand while he stares contemplatively at a few TL072s in the palm of his other hand. So a tour of that would be great.
I expect this tour to look like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. ;D
