So I finished My Harbinger 1.5 today when I powered it up 9V the bulb pulsated for about 3 seconds and the light remained steady. so I disconnected the power and tried it again, and same thing pulsates then stops. ??????

OK got it working Q11 and Q12 (MPSA13) replaced. The way I figured it out was by shorting the ground on Q11. Hope that helps someone else.
