Title: Funky Flunkee
Post by: gordo on January 03, 2020, 05:29:16 PM
I wrapped this up tonite.  It's my fave envelope filter by far, just because it works with very little "fiddling" to get a great sound.  Covers the Edie Brickell sound to a tee.

I'm also slowly overcoming my morbid fear of 1590A pedals.

Very nice man. I just built mine, not boxed up yet. I agree with the sound. It's a very solid pedal with a solid sound. I mounted 9mm pots on mine, now I'm wondering how the logistics will work. hmmm

Thanks, I'm enjoying it.  I've put it on my board and although I haven't quite figured out how it will fit in I'm thinking it's a keeper.  It's cool enough to punch in from time to time even if set to be subtle.  I need to talk the band into doing a cover of Robin Trower's "My Love (Burning Love)".  Which would be a little tough in church :-)

Although we've done some Edgar Winter and Green Day so who knows...
