Turns out I had pulled up the wrong 1590A drill template when I created the RabbitHole2020 doc. I have updated both the pdf and PSD file. All that's changed is that the Vol and Sus pots were moved about one mm to the left and right of their previous positions. If you already drilled a box, have no fear. Just overdrill but a step or two and it will fit just fine.
