Title: Harbinger Two - Caps C29 & C30 - which value

On the schematic both C29 & C30 are listed as 220uf/25 VDC (as well as the Shopping List)
But the "Shopping List" has C29 & C30 as 100uf/25 VDC (which aren't listed in the Shopping LIst)
Which is the correct value for C29 and C30

C30 doesn't matter, either one.
C29 @ 220uf may give you a bit better regulation, but probably not a big difference. If you have a 220uf for C29 and it fits, use it
