There were a few transposed labels on the Parts and Traces images in the doc. These have been corrected and uploaded. Thanks, Aentons!

I found a typo: in the Voltages chart IC1 was listed as OPA2134 instead of OPA134. The schematic, BOM, images and links are for the correct part - only the voltage chart had that error.
