The little grounding springs for PCB to enclosure. I have some, I just can't remember where I got them or what they are actually called.
Ah okay, they are just battery contacts. Had a senior moment.
For the ones that are not just repurposed battery contacts, I believe they are called "grounding contacts". Battery contacts are probably more plentiful and cheaper though.
"Solderless negative electron pathway constructor bridge" or "doohickey" for short.
Some common terms are "Whatchamacallit", "Thingameebob" or, in extremity, "F---ing bl---- piece of g------ sh--."
I believe the technical term is a Faflapathong
I found a cheap alternative. Not the sturdiest piece of kit but should work for what I'm needing.

When I change my guitar strings, I have a few of those lying around afterward. I've always just thrown them away, but now I know they are worth $0.10 apiece.
