Post by: sugabear2133 on September 28, 2010, 09:14:00 AM
I just a bought a Quasar board and it says V3 on it and the layout is different than the v2.5 on the site.  Any insight? Really ready to get this going, i cant wait! Thanks

Okay, ver.3 has been added and includes artwork:

Sugar--as I was putting the doc together I noticed I had left off a reverse polarity protection diode. I've added this in for the linked doc, but you will not have a spot on D7 on your board. It's okay though: you can solder it in on the underside of the board between the 9v input and ground plane, or add it directly to your DC jack. Let me know if you need any help with that. My apologies for the oversight.

One last update: R6 has been eliminated and pictured as a jumper. You can use a 0k resistor if you have them, but a jumper works just as well.
