Title: Fatpants Trim pot
Post by: masterlk on November 13, 2010, 09:34:45 PM
I noticed that the trim pot I got from Samllbear(part number 1015) has the pin outs reversed from what the Fatpants board will accept. So, 3 is going to 1 and  1 to 3 and 2 is the same. This won't work, or will it? If not, I included a link for the part I bought(which doesn't show the pin arrangement) can anyone offer a replacement from anywhere if I need to swap it?

Thanks.

Pinout does not matter in this case since the trimpot is used as a variable resistor. The only difference is whether you have full resistance fully clockwise or counter clockwise. Other than that, it will function identically.
