build went pretty well. I have built the orman mosfet booster before using tonepads layout and I like this better because it doesn't have the onboard millenium bypass and it's a little tighter.

I would recommend anybody doing this build to get their hands on the board mounted pots. The holes for the pot are really big and I had hard time getting a good fill with the solder. Alternately I would suggest using thicker hookup wire. I use 22 ga. solid core. The 5kC is definitely a must, I tried it with the 5kb and the boost level isn't smooth and the gain is really bunched up at the end. the 5kc has a nice hi-fi smooth gain feel to it.

I made this for my friend so I don't have any comments on his crazy graphics, but he is a really funny guy with a good sense of humor, and he loves the way it looks.

This pedal makes me want to make a fresh prince themed pedal with Carlton on it.
