Hi guys;
I messing arround with some ideas and with one of them i have some dificult:
If in a dual gain stages i use dual gang potentiometer to control the gain between then:
When turn cw the gain of first stage goes down and second stage going up;
when turn ccw the gain of first stage goes up and second goes down;
The idea (attached image is just a sketch) is use a first stage clean and second stage hotter:
Attached schematic is correct in use of dual gang pot?

Hi guys;
I'm try to figure out how determine if a op amp have high or low current delivery and high/low input impedance.
Anyone knows? I can get this info from datasheet?
I'm trying to apply a parallel opamp circuit (something like a howland current pump) in a overdrive circuit idea and want to mix opamp with high current delivery and low input impedance (master)(like an ne5534 or another) with another with low current delivery and high input impedance(to be determinated).

Another question: If an opamp have supply of 18v instead of 9v they have more headroom. An split supply with +9v and -9v gives same headroom or more? And if this split supply are applied for a circuit like zendrive: The negative supply of opamp is not conected to ground (directly) (assuming using a charge pump) in the circuit i apply the negative supply only in the opamp or entire ground section is negative?

Hello guys;
i want to remove the clean pot of kingslayer for no use dual gang pot and apply in place the jmk blender from http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=3414.0
so this way i have total control for blend clean/dirt signal using only single ganged pots.
In the effect section is only dirty signal.
See attached schematic (simplified) is enough take out the clean pot and pin2 conection with post clipping section and conect this section to ground?
