If you're getting flanger sounds at Q1, it might be worth checking the bias voltage there and comparing it to the expected values.

My question is in the cam processor of Eagle there is a setting to mirror the board (there is one for the drill files) to get the traces cut right. I see to such setting in Kicad. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.In KiCad, mirroring the board for isolation routing isn't as straightforward as in Eagle, but you can achieve it. You'll need to manually flip the layers in the PCB editor, or you could use the 'Gerber' export options and adjust the layer polarities if needed.
