OK, found the question answered in another post- 9mm pots alpha.

I've been pulling out some boards and doing some builds as of late. Looking at the board and the layout pic I am curious if there is a specific pot used that would allow direct side mounting so the board would sit vertically in the enclosure. It looks like that would take some mini pots so is there a good brand to go with that are comparable to the larger Alpha, Bourns, or similar for the size of the hole spacing in the board etching?

is ther any suggestions on subbing in a perticular value in any choice components to keep the treble cut from happening and to boost the output a bit? Mine seems to be unity at almost full volume, and is like flipping down the bright switch when I turn it on.

Also what is the difference between the two versions?

These are available at Newark but there are a few different specs.
Will this project require the 30V slew or the 9V slew rate?
