Amazing as usual, both inside and outside. I have a small Riot pcb too, with 6 mm resistors but a simplified clipping section (the Ge clippers are gone so it uses a SPDT to choose between two settings). Tradeoffs... nice to see how you managed to implement everything!

Those are smaller (13 mm diameter), I think those used by Pickdropper are 15 mm. They might be 45KN031 Eagle knobs, available from mouser.

Great build all around. Have you tried it with black Davies 1510 knobs? They might look bland, but I have really come to appreciate them.

I am not sure why a dealer of elusive, obsolete parts would encourage you to buy hundreds of them at a decreasing price (which is the practise for current production parts). Getting those old diodes could be cool, but I'd rather be sure I will not end up with overpaid 1n4148/914's in a fancy package.

(besides, is there a functional/hearable difference between a MA856 or 1S1588 and a generic si diode?)

Kind of off topic, but OSH has been lightning fast lately. I'm getting boards in less than 2 weeks after I place an order. 

Same here, I just received a shipping notification for boards I ordered on december 12.

As for Tayda, I'll wait for feedback before giving their service a try, but as already stated I am not sure they can bring something new to the game compared to itead. But I hope I'll be mistaken.

Exactly. The imperfections make the design/sound perfect.

The standard is pretty much what you assume.

A = log (audio, the way the ear perceivessound, think of the dB curve)
B = linear (it's easy to remember if you've heard of Linear B)
C = reverse log
There is also W, used mainly for the tube screamer tone pot

It is not uncommon for builders to use one type in place of another, depending on what they have on hand; typically the "right" taper is the one that makes the whole rotation of the pot useful, but using the "wrong" type will not make your effect unusable (maybe a bit harder to dial in).

So after using my old test rig for a while, I thought it would be cool to have a new box which is easy to use as well as can do two effects simultaneously. Great for testing boosts into overdrives and delays with other effects.

This is a great idea, and very well executed! I love the "point to point for vintage toan" on the CLR 

Are these 3PDT toggles from tayda? I got two some time ago and managed to fry both, I found them really unforgiving (as all of their toggle switches). Then I thought "hey, they're toggles switches, I do not need a LED to see what position they're in!"...

I was more amused by the fact they call "nano" a pedal (big muff) in a 1590B enclosure

The action is naturally stiffer than the DPDT, but it's still largely better than the cheap blue 3PDT. To me the quality warrants the price.
