exactly, even though i didnt like the mod, because i want my univibe to add zero gain
but the volume is definately increased
but it seemed like the only way for the neovibe

in the harbinger theres the modern input, which should have enough headroom
the mod will only apply for the vintage mode
are speaking of the modern or vintage mode? or have both a volume drop?
#2
at modern mode the harbinger should have plenty of headroom
i would recommend check your resistor values...

yes theres also a mod to increase unity gain
take a look at RG keens neovibe:
http://www.geofex.com/Article_Folders/univibe/vibeupdate.pdf

page 4 - but it increases gain as well, so the unit will distort a little bit

for my wah builds i bought second hand crybabys for 20€-30€
41 pound is not a bargain when you just need the enclosure...
i recommend searching ob ebay or some online marketplace for used wahs

btw: uk-electronic sells now wah shells for 30€ too

if you have a DMM you can measure the pins for resistance.
where you get a little resistance (around 20-30Ohm) thats the pins you need to connect
#13
the big cheese already has a buffer at the beginning and at the end (to my knowledge)
im curious how your debugging goes on ;)

thanks a ton cody  8). how did you do it? which tool did you use?

hmm following you can try:
-) have you connected your output right? i cant see if its connected to either the cap or the output pin
-) the pads from the balance pot suffered heavy soldering. i would check there if the pot pins have a connection to the circuit

otherwise: can you post a pic of your 3pdt wiring as well please?
