Really dig the enclosure!

Interesting. I just assumed the marshall dsl series always used el34. A marshall dsl100 was the first thing I purchased with a credit card and it took me a long time to dig out of that hole! Big fan of the Peavey classic series and have thought about snagging one of those micro heads off and on.

Best of luck on your projects!

Looks great, man. And agreed, it is a great sounding circuit that beats sourcing the ca3094s!

Saw the post the other day about the blazar build doc and panicked. I've got several others but can't find the build doc for the sch-1 PCB and of course have two half populated boards in the box. I've emailed Daz and hoping to hear back and if so will try and get all of them to upload somewhere. Thanks!

Love this one. Such a meaty phaser. I built a couple of these and replaced the internal overdrive with DAM Meatheads for more intense fuzz/phase.

Yeah, gotta agree the drive is a bit lackluster. Been thinking about putting a one knob fuzz in there instead.

Looks good winter, saw the issue in the uv thread. Bummer man. Not sure if they make a clear coat sharpie or somehting similar in a thin paint pen format to where you could go back around the border.

Out of the loop a bit. What's a dizzy tone? Schematic?

Jext Tellez's take on the buzzaround. I was lucky enough to have a fellow want to add master volume to a few and got to play through a few versions. I really dug the v7. OC81z and two GET113 70/80/90 fain ranges if I remember correctly.

That looks fantastic. I need to stop being lazy and get on the tayda uv printing train. I already take the time to do graphics in photoshop and would love not to have to go through the clear-coating hassle.

Awesome. I love seeing old boards finally get finished. I've got an etched populated neovibe from DIYSB forever ago that needs the same treatment. I also have that same russian shielded wire you speak of!

IggY!! My son and I dig it! I built a triumvirate but for bass and got some help from Aentons notes in other posts. It turned out pretty good. The only VFE board that I have built that did not sound right at all was the Wooly Bear, based on the foxx tone machine. Just couldn't bond with it.

My son occasionally likes my creations, but he loved your all's. He hasn't earned Ludwig yet (we use plushies as incentives,) but here he is with his favorite, Iggy. I keep telling him that he never, ever wants to become a drummer, in hopes that I will finally have someone to jam with. Maybe the ol' reverse psychology might work. Ha!

Screw reverb or delay....a data corrupter with trimpots and internal switches in that size enclosure would be more suitable! HA! As a lover of all things sci-fi, this is rad.

Take a break and snag some fabbed PCBs and you will be back to homebrewing. There is something authentic about doing your own PCB that adds to the process. I've wondered if eagle-ing and fabbing my own would retain that authenticity, but haven't quite got around to jumping into it.

Good tip on that input cap. Will remember that for a future build I have a pcb for! Fine tip sharpie and no one would know about the border if you are careful. Looks good!
