Thanks for all of the comments guys. There is actually a cool story to go along with it. I had been saving up pedal money to buy a strat but was only planning on a budget of $500. I found what I thought to be a good deal on ebay and bought a 60's Players MIM strat in Aztec gold. It was a nice guitar. When it showed up my wife got mad. She said because she wasn't involved in helping me pick it out. Didn't make sense to me at the time, but regardless, I couldn't keep it, bad mojo. So I sold it for what I paid, no loss. Then a week before christmas my wife gives me this card with a long note and $600. She had been saving her own money to help me buy a guitar, so that's really why she was upset. Anyway I was able to increase my budget to get this guitar. Cool guitar, cooler wife!

Awesome story to go with an awesome Strat!!!  Nice.

Well, if cheap liquor and women had been included in this it might have turned out differently!

Do the women have to be cheap too, or just the liquor?

Quote from: eniacmike on November 20, 2010, 06:58:00 PMI have made over 50 pedals I think because I ordered 9v snaps from pedal parts plus and I get them in quantities of 25, and I am on my third order of them.
:o  :o  Wow!  I know I haven't been through that many myself, and I'm guessing I've been at this longer.

I have CD4049UBEs that I bought for -something-...  (can't remember what at this point!).  Pretty sure I got them at mouser not SBE but either way they're through-hole (PDIP - plastic dual-inline)

Great ! A POG set randomly, must be interesting !

Dinner would be nice. But we wouldn´t want to be intruding...

Is a POG ever not set randomly?   ;D

This is awesome btw, meeting up with people you never otherwise would have crossed paths with except for a forum dedicated to a hobby on the internet.

Hey y'all!!!!  Just wanted to say hi, and congrats to Brian for getting this thing up and running!  Beats the heck out of trying to find the latest 'parent directory' link for the build documentation for my old V1 boards hehehehe.  Site looks great!
