Nice score! Sounds and performs the same as the one you built or some noticeable differences?
Itís a little different, I need to work on the calibration to see if I can match it.

New VFE Pedal day. I bought this Bumblebee last month when I was working on mine because VFE. I really like his stuff and wanted something built by the man. I was so blown away by the quality of the Klein bottle, I want more. I opened it up immediately, I didnít even plug it in first.

Quick question, do the rate lights blink?
Iím with you, you know it serious when the lights are blindly.

I have an N95 mask, I think it looks cool. I feel like cobra from GI joe or bane from the Batman series.
Mine make me feel like Chun-Li from Street Fighter 2.  I might also be wearing them wrong though....  ;D
Bwahahahaha

Close up clear pictures of both sides would be a huge help, and why donít you go ahead and post those voltages. Have you reflowed all your joints? I still have to do that from time to time.

Or the Lone Ranger apparently?

(Either DJT has never seen the Lone Ranger or he doesn't understand what kind of mask we're supposed to wear for COVID, but either way something's terribly wrong.)

Do a forum search for autobahn, its an swaw type pedal on steroids. Kief can etch one for you; I believe it has everything you want. I prefer it to a straight swaw.

Data sheets and the analysis in the link below  have all the info you need.

Iíve found that the SMD parts are generally more consistent. The specs are the same as the TO-92 devices, but they are still in production and havenít been sorted through already.
Very cool. If I can get them in various Hfe then I am going to grab 20 or so.

Glad to see you got it sorted out! Whereíd you end up getting the JFET that worked for you?
Ended up getting it from someone here. Your best bet is just to go on eBay and buy a bunch (now than 5) from someone in the states.

Good advice. Iím set with TH JFETs for a while and have been moving toward SMD JFETs anyway...I was curious because that seemed to be the sticking point in your troubleshooting thread.
Yessir. Do the 5457 smt jfets vary in hfe? I know in the 201s, they tend to be pretty steady and kind of high.

Hereís the breakdown. I wanted to support Peter Rutter, so I paid the 10.00 to get his files. Even though I could get a Bumblebee board from Brian, I paid 22 for 3, I donít know why. The fix was in the 5457, the trick is the calibration.
