What are those really small potentiometers used in pedals eg Glitchee? I've looked online however can't seem to find anything. Thanks in advance.

Okay so i'm addicted to making pedals. After around 150 (or more) pedals my wife wants me to stop and get rid of them. Do I get rid of the pedals

General Questions / what is that noise?

Okay, so I've built around a 100 pedals, with the majority working as intended. The problem I have is that many have a rattily sound.... something like a not quite right speaker. The sound is not overly loud however is annoying and I would dearly like to know what causes it.
The amps are fine and are not the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
