I got a few UA741CN's and NE555P's laying around. Just wondering what i could build with these ICs.

So I built a Violet Rams Head and love the thing. I want to build either the green russion, mayo, or creamy dreamer. Any one know the tonal differences. I kinda want to build the GR because the name is awesome but I feel it will be far to close to the VRH. How does the mayo or CD differ? Any suggestions?

Ok so I built the pork barrel. It worked for awhile and then I bumped the box. I got a couple of pop noises and the lights went out. I replaced the leds. they both worked but the lfo indicator just went on and did nothing. Now the lfo indicator doesnt go on at all. I replaced both the 3207 and 3102 and still nothing. I will try to get pictures as soon as possible. Any guidance would help. Could it be the transistors? should I replace the other IC's?

Bypass works, and I get full sound when engaged, just no effect.

OK so built a gruntbox and everything is great except that the sus knob has some horrible buzz to it. when you turn it up it just gets worse( it is there even at zero) checked all my connections. went over my wiring many many times. not sure what the issue is. This is only my third buidl so maybe there is an area that i over looked. can anyone point me in the right direction?

Ok so quick one here. Could I use a footswitch on the slow loris instead of the toggle switch like the one that is used in the wiring diagram for the boneyard?
