I noticed these on Electronic Goldmine and thought that they'd be pretty cool for a vibe.  Probably wouldn't work any better but they would give you your fill of mojo for awhile.

I had a brief spell of madness over the winter.  This is what resulted.  Basically, it is an amb a20 line amp modified for a gain control.  I whipped together a bipolar power supply.  It has more gain than you can use but it's a lot of fun and sounds great.  If anybody wants to try this out, I'll pif a board and most of the parts plus I'll get around to writing up instructions - you'll have to supply an enclosure and power supply.  If there's more than one person that shows interest, I'll figure out a fair way to pif it.  Here's the amb project http://www.amb.org/audio/alpha20/.  btw, OTT stands for over the top - there really is no reason to have 0.1 ohm output impedance for a pedal.  I guess I could alway beef up the power supply and drive a speaker.

Xvive chips, a decent opamp, a road rage and a lumen.  Kind of tight fit.  Great sounding.  I cut myself three times building this pedal (never did that before).  I left some blood on the inside of the enclosure - seemed fitting.  Thanks for the fun project, Brian.

I wanted to know if anybody could explain the differences between the Tight Rock and the Tight Metal.  Seems that juansolo or somebody had a post in build reports that explained the differences.  I built a tight metal with Brane's board and it sounds great.  I wanted to build a tight rock and compare the two.

One of my favorite guitarists and favorites bands (Riverside).  I'm sad but listening to some live Riverside helps.
