hello guys ! I made two pieces of the mudbunny the green russian edition.I used the 5088 transistors. The only difference is that i used 330 ohm resistors in place of the 390 ohm.My sound is more a distortion with a bit fuzz.i compared it with mudbunnies at youtube and i can hear more fuzz at them.My hfe of the trans is about 350.I used my probe and i checked that the first boost stage gives me the same signal as the input.no boost at all.Any ideas ?

I used this adaptor http://www.visualsound.net/index.php/products/pedal_power_supplies/1_spot_power_supply.It is a Jack Oman's Mosfet based booster.I used it with a MXR chorus powered both with the 1 pot adaptor.I tried also with an other adaptor alone.

Open Discussion / Re: *POP* goes the pedal
January 06, 2012, 02:56:42 PM
Hello.I have Pop problems with most of my boost pedals and some distortion. When i plug dc in the circuit and turn on for the first time the 3pdt then it makes this pop sound. When i turn it to bypass and back to circuit signal the pop desapears. So it happens only the first time it takes dc.
P.S. i dont ground the input circuit at the bypass mode. Also i use 33 k resistors for my high brightness leds .
