VFE Projects / Pinball 12F509 Chip ?

Hey y'all,
I am looking to try and build a Pinball Tilt EQ, but seem to be a little late to the game
It looks like I can still source everything and attempt to make one but the VFE v2.7 12F509 Chip is the only thing I cant source (Other than attempting to make my own dual pots.) Is there any way to get ahold of one, or figure out how to program it?
