I mean the jumper on the under solder side of the board, i have my mn3207 jumpers set as per the layout note.

See this is on my proto board that i test all my PCB's, and i just tested my Karate Shop on there perfectly fine.

Im going to source a mn3207 and test that but it could take a while to get delivered, just one question through... do i have the jumper set up as per the note on the layout?

Still can't figure out why i cant test this through my protoboard, im stumped.

Don't know if this is also worth noting - if i hook this up to my "beavis" board i get no signal through the circuit.

If i remove 9v and ground i get signal through and if i hook up a 9v battery directly to the circuit i get signal but not flanging.

This has me confused/stumped.

Yea i mean my 9v one spot, its a lil noisey and the circuit seems to be amplifying it, i have listed all the IC voltages aswell as the label from the IC itself. Think my flash is just highlighting some flux and making the solder joint look a lil suspect, from my eye's they seem fine (this is like my 50th pedal build).

Some of these values rise and fall, so im assuming this is the function of the circuit so i have used the peak voltage.

"...PCB mounted pots."

Yea that would be an ideal option - shame you no longer stock this, it was a great build. Can't wait to get the latest 2 pcb's i have ordered from you done and that Electric Mistress look's great!

Another one!! Your working hard! I like the whole theme you have going..they must look good all together!
I have a lot of knobless pedals as well  :-\

When i set out to do artwork i tried to define a style that i wanted to stick with - something that would make you go "oh that's an scdesigns pedal" (maybe my ego getting ahead of me there), that is why all my pedals maintain the same font where appropriate and all feature the same border style. I thought of it as defining a brand, more of a personal signature if you would. The only thing i differ is the art from time to time but sticking with my main theme's.

Not to keen on the finish but wow, what an amazing pedal! Just sounds great, the mod's definetly add to the love im giving it.

Cheers Pete,

When I have built my next batch of boards (Fo No 5, Omega Boost and FolkDriver) and have confirmed they all work I will upload the PCB layouts on the forum for everyone to use.

The next lot are mainly single layer so they should be good for etching.

Definetly looking forward to seeing them, you've really sprung mine and other's alike's interest in eagle.

For that i thank you - i've got the schematic side down, just need to do some PCB layout learning. I'd love to do a small series of PCB mountable boost and 1 knob effects - something you could just chuck into any effect enclosure easly on a spare drilled hole.

If you were being hyper-critical of the pedal and holding it in your hand you'd see that there was a small layer of plastic on it, but at normal distance they pass quite well.

If anyone is looking for the artwork you can find it at - http://www.guitarpcb.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=11050817

I can also provide the photoshop files if anyone want's to edit them a bit.

I learned everything i know about this from Frequency Central;

http://www.freestompboxes.org/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=6145&hilit=frequency+central

I cut the OHP before doing any spraying however, thats the main difference.

Here's some i done today;

It's just a OHP sheet being used for a decal - the Frequency Central method i learned.

Great sounding build, i much prefer it to my Boss Metal Zone (which is the only production pedal i actually own).

Might stick my other board in a smaller case and sell it off, not to sure yet. That's something for later in the year. Up next i have my Pork Barrel!
