As far as I was aware the only "types" when it comes to DPDT are in relation to three position lever types??

DPDT toggles come in different "types" with regards to pole switching. Dead End FX uses some of the less common "type" DPDT toggles in some of their builds.

Did you double check that your voltage regulator IC/transistor (IC7) was in fact a 7815 and NOT a 7805?

Click on username in upper left of top bar, select Look and Layout, click "CHANGE" next to Current Theme\Forum or Board Default, scroll down to "Dark Caramel", select "USE THIS THEME"

Just tried this. When you hit the "Change" button, it will change to Dark Caramel. However, when you hit the "Home" button... it reverts back to the original theme. If you go back and try to change it again... TOKEN ERROR 

Still randomly showing as logged in and then when moving to a thread or back to main page it shows as logged out.
Also, posts on threads do not show up after posting. They take a bit of time to show.

EDIT: Also, forum time is screwed up. Even when I can select a time zone to get it to show as correct, as soon as I change pages it reverts back to the wrong time. If you change the time zone too many times you get a "token error" and it is still screwed up.

Time zones NOT working under Forum Profile. Tried to set it to EST but it is still 1 hour too slow (its really 11AM EST and forum shows 10AM) and when I try to go back further... I get a token error 

Only thing I noticed is that when I first pulled up the page I tried to log in. When I did, it did NOT show that I was logged in. I had to actually open this thread to see that I was properly logged in. Weird!

Also... no avatar. Need to upload again??

I bought this for another project, but I'm intending on using it for PICs. People in the vintage computing world find it invaluable for programming other chip types, which is why I bought it (RIP that project). However it might be a tad overkill for just doing PICs. I'll be curious what Bean and other experienced folks have to say.

I have been using one of these (or one just like it) for years BUT, only to program EEPROMS. I use a PICKIT 2 Programmer for PIC chips. Honestly, not sure if PICs can be programmed with the TL866 

Looks fine to me. If the pedal is working properly, the voltage differences could be attributed to differences in part tolerances, difference in voltage, etc. We are talking less than 1/2 of a volt

Can't seem to send PMs to anyone. Is there an issue?

I have to keep the TAILS switch on, otherwise I get no effect at all. I'm not sure why that is happening, but I'm happy enough with how it is working and don't want to "poke the bear" by messing with the effect too much because of how much effort it took to get it working in the first place.

Is the Tails LED functioning properly? If so, use your multimeter to measure the poles on the 3PDT that control the Tails switching. Make sure they are functioning properly.

For some reason, the delay won't work if the Tails switch isn't engaged (any thoughts on that are welcome), but it's nothing that I'm too concerned about to figure out why.

Just a quick thought but, are you certain you used the correct switch type? Is it supposed to be a Normally OPEN momentary and you used a Normally CLOSED switch? OR vice/versa?? Or used a momentary switch when you need a latching switch??
