I shoe horned this one in just because I was too lazy to buy the tall version of the box.
Lol. Anyone who builds something like that is far from lazy!
A very inspiring meticulous build, man.

Super nice build!
Reminds me a lot of the style of a builder named Nico who used to post. He is/was one of my all-time favorite builders. His website is no more, but if you are unfamiliar, here is his blog:

Wow, incredibly beautiful!
There is absolutely NO WAY I would ever put one of my big clumsy gum-stuck shoes on something that looks that good, and possibly scuff it up!

You should be very proud for both this build and for sticking with this!
Impressive in every way.

"It's been awhile since I built anything as the heat here in Fresno is killing me in the garage."

GREAT looking build, as usual!
Hurry up and try the Envirotex over your etches man! Then you can post another awesome tut showing the rest of us how to do it superbly!
If I had a nickel for every time I have given someone the link to your etching Tutorial..well, I'd have have a bunch of nickels!
8^)

Man that is a really slick looking pedal! I have never envirotex'd any of my etches. I have to give that a try.
Are you using actual Envirotex or another product similar to it?

... I did one build without countersinking the bezel and it looked pretty cool with a raised envirotex dome over the bezel.

Couldn't that create heat issues with the LED? Just wondering...

Man, that a super clean sharp looking build!

It's important that it's not soluble, so the Fe2Cl3 won't wash it off.

Yes, that's why I asked. Use the wrong stuff and you suddenly have etchant all over the place!
8^O
Maybe someone with knowledge of the chemistry involved will chime in.

Man, in addition to the overall greatness of the build, I am really digging the DEPTH of your etches!  8)
To get that depth, you must be etching that thing for an hour and a half!
Interesting idea with the putty dike. I might give that a try. (Its tough getting Ferric Chloride spills out of a white bath tub!) :(
What kind of putty is that?

Man, great graphics and design, killer reverse etch and clean as a whistle inside.
That about covers everything!

You definitely succeeded!
Great looking first builds. Great looking builds, period.

Where did you get the small clear knobs on the Tenebrion reverb?
I don't recall seeing them that small before...

Wow, what a major achievement, and impeccably clean to boot!

...sounds like a serious commitment, does it come with a prenup?

:D
Okay, THAT'S the best laugh I've had today!

As has already been said, one of the better enclosure etches I have ever seen...
A couple of questions, if i may:
1. What graphics program did you use for layout the enclosure art?
2. How did you get the text to wrap around the scale graphs for each control knob so perfectly?  I have wanted to do that for a while but several attempts to get it to wrap like that looked terrible.
