Tech Help - Projects Page / afterlife issue
February 06, 2015, 10:24:46 AM
Hi all, I built an afterlife compressor recently and have been testing it with a 9 volt battery b4 I box it. It is a nice subtle compressor however in the last 1/5 of the sustain pot I am getting a distorted signal. Has anyone come across this before? Any suggestions much appreciated.
Thanks
Jules

Tech Help - Projects Page / Re: 2mb rez pot in Shark fin
February 03, 2015, 12:50:51 AM
Thanks for the help, I will try a 1m.
I don't suppose you could post a diagram or try to describe exactly what I would need to do for Baklava Metal's suggestion of a 1m resistor on a switch?

Tech Help - Projects Page / 2mb rez pot in Shark fin
February 01, 2015, 07:37:47 AM
Hi All,
The Sharkfin project requires a 2m linear pot for the rez control.
Can any other value be used? It is not an easy value for me to get hold of.
Thanks,  Jules

Thanks for the help

Open Discussion / Harbinger 1 dual pot fit
November 10, 2014, 11:46:30 AM
Hi All, I am not to far from boxing my Harbinger 1 but there is 1 thing I don't understand.
I have the Vol and Intensity pots PCB mounted and have a dual gang for the speed pot that seems to thick to fit.
In other words the PCB is quite close to the top of the enclosure with the PCB mounted pots and I can't work out how I am supposed to fit the dual gang in there as it is twice as fat as the other pots.
I do hope someone understands what I am talking about! :-\

General Questions / Wolfshirt LED
October 29, 2014, 12:59:55 PM
Hi All, I am fairly new to pedal building, have many successful builds though. I am currently working on the mad bean wolf shirt and there is no wiring diagram. My question is - How do I hook up an LED for this project? There is no eyelet on the PCB marked LED. I know this is a noob question, was hoping someone may be able to help me, Thanks.
