Hi,

I am etching using HP gloss paper and an iron to do toner transfer. I have tried both FeCl3 and H2O2/HCl and in both cases the ground plane gets etched and pitted. I keep a close eye on the board and pull it into a water bath as soon as the traces are etched. Any tips? I have set my printer density as high as it goes and have also tried coloring in larger sections with sharpie after the toner transfer is complete just to add some protection. The transfer itself looks good, no peeling or bubbles.

I am in the middle of an etched Kingslayer 2 build and I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can help me out on:
1) The Ra resistor in the build, is this a user determined value? It looks like its 22R in the Kingslayer 2015 pedal?
2) The build doc notes that R1 is only required for true bypass, I would have guess RPD was not required but R1 was, can someone set me straight as to which is required and why?

Hi All,

I am doing my first etched build and its a madbean fencepost. During component placement some things...happened. I made repairs as best I could, but its not having the intended effect. Does anyone with a working build have some voltages for the ICs and trannies that they would post?

Not sure if this is the place to post the question, but I was wondering if there was anywhere that people share the artwork they used for their enclosures? I am not much of an artist, but like the idea of having something more than a solid color pedal. I am trying out waterslides and pedal etching, so anything really would be cool to take a look at and try to customize a bit. I cant seem to find anything on MBP and google has found some stuff, but if there was a database or forum post somewhere, that would be ideal.

Has anyone added a mod daughterboard to the leviathan to make it all tape echo-y? If so, what did you like and how did you wire it in? I did a forum search and came up dry.
