Not asking for someone to make one, just wondering if there was an etchable single sided layout ever available? If not, I'll probably just make one myself. Just thought I'd ask before I spent the time.

if you're wondering, i havent used it because i also bought some teflon insulated wire off ebay that i am loving.

Oh, oh, oh, I hope madbean has a Pearl Octaver project for me. 

Passive tonestacks like these are lossy, meaning they need to have a gain recovery stage after them. Also, many of them need to see a low impedance input. So you would need a buffer before and after most of these tonestacks.
