I just recovered that cab last week. I had done another amp with the same patterned fabric in a different color I liked how it looked so had to use it again. They make a blue and a cream too that I will use in the future to keep the theme going.

How did you do the lettering? decal over the swirl?

Yeah just WS on top of the paint, the edges don't show through the thick clear .

I really, really, REALLY like the Letraset and swirl paint. Very early Pink Floyd (Astronomy Domine.)

Is the case grounded at all?

I didn't ground the case yet. I tried it out first to check for any hum issues and the like, I am not getting any more hum as it is, my house is still wired up 2 prong, my amp is two prong, I just don't touch anything while I jam and my heart keeps beating. I will three prong my amp and chassis ground this puppy eventually though.

I have been going back and forth on building a MoRc, I keep talking myself out of it and into yet another dirt box. I've never used compression on my board so I don't know if I'm missing anything. I think I've made up my mind now though. This will be my next build.  Your move and clean build coupled with the good reviews have given me GAS
