Mouser appears to have dropped the price significantly on Xicon metal film resistors. They are now $2.80 for 200!

It would not be very hard to do. I would make it active instead of passive with an option to change the phase setting on the effects loop or your clean signal to ensure you don't have any phase problems with two signals in parallel.

I have a project coming up called the Side by Side which lets you do two loops in parallel. That could be adapted to do what you are describing by making one loop the pass-through on the clean signal and then making the volume a wah type control. But, the design is a bit more circuit than you actually need....maybe someone else has already designed a one loop type circuit.

After an endless desert of product development we have finally arrived at a Function F(x) pedal oasis! Three new pedals getting released within the next couple of weeks.

Both look great! On the Ghost Switch - it may be that the 100k resistor is too high a value. It was just a guess.

There is a quality difference, but the difference is not necessarily an important one for what we do. Though Osh boards to tend to be more durable for replacing components and de- and resoldering and stuff like that.

What Jon said. The OSH Park stuff is 2oz copper with the ENIG standard which adds up to a very tough PCB. But, Elecrow makes a plenty good PCB for the price.

CJ - do you think it would be possible to index larger enclosures on your small machine so you could etch more surface area in additional passes? Like, center/top/bottom of one face.

Some of those voltages are way off. Pin 7 should be closer to 3v. Pins 10 and 11 should be the same but somehow you have completely different voltages (could you have measured those two incorrectly?) Where did you get the NE570 from?
