Yes, the Moodring is finally done and I am quite happy with it. I can't wait to get to the next batch....

This batch is also pretty awesome. Lotsa work went into getting this release done so I hope people enjoy the new stuff.

Always good to see more US suppliers. But, dang...they need to drop that watermark on every single pic of their products. That is incredibly annoying!

The AD-99 did its bypass by disconnecting the delay line after the expander portion of the circuit so it was not true bypass but I'm guessing you did not get any tails action with it either. On the MANOWAR, I've put an option to do it before the compander portion, which makes it into a tails bypass. Assuming the AD999 is similar, you should be able to mod it accordingly. First I would figure out what bypass they are using...it may be true bypass, after all.

Here's the example. The bypass is created after the input section. In this case, I've got two 1uF electrolytic caps with an SPST in-between. The two 100k resistors to ground help prevent any pop going through when the switch is engaged.

I think he uses carbon comp resistors on everything, too. Also, build it then put it away for several months to simulate non-delivery of paid-for item.

It is a Maxon AD-99 clone. I'm still working on it, but the layout came out great. Basically, I just need to fire it up and test it out. It also has a "tails" bypass option and add-on modulation if you want it. I think there is a pic of it on the Facebook MBP page.

One aside: where did you get that PT2399?

Update: I will have all current orders out today. I got a few days behind due to my daughter's 8th birthday which was not only a sleepover but also a horse riding party and then Easter. I slept almost all day yesterday, haha.

The sale is over and I want to thank everyone for the orders. Thank you! I'm sorry it did not work out for the upcoming stuff to be included, but it appears the shipping to me is a bit behind schedule...I would not be surprised if I get the notification on Monday or Tuesday.

However, we will have another sale very soon which will include them so there's still a chance for deals to be had.

Sounds like you could have the wrong value in R11. If you had mistakenly put a large value resistor there, it would cause long delay times, and the delay pot would seem ineffective. What color bands do you have on that one?

Purge is done. I did my best to save all 0 posts accounts that were active within the last 30 days, but a couple might have been deleted. We've had almost 13000 registrations, but only a couple thousand of those are truly active. Still, that's a good sized group!

I'm just waiting to hear from the manufacturer. Once they give me shipping notification, it will be three days until I get it. I'll update when I know more.
#4334
I'm giving a one day extension because I'm too busy to do this tonight. Please, if you have 0 posts then make one by tomorrow!

Today is not the day, unfortunately.

If I could at least get shipping notification I'd be happy to add the upcoming boards to the sale. I don't feel too comfortable doing that until I at least know they are on the way.
