Not sure about new projects. I'm doing a re-order from the manufacturer this week so it's possible. But, it would be one of the easy ones...none of the EHX stuff is ready yet.

I can get the PIF set up tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder!

This year won't be quite as cool as last year with the free Egghead PCB, but since it is December that means we gotta do something.

Dec. 7th - 21st - free domestic shipping (all) and free international shipping (under $50).
Plus, there will be a "mini-sale" on a few different projects that I have a lot of stock on. Details on the 7th.

Dec.22nd - Jan 1st the store will close.

Also, we'll wrap up October's contest starting tomorrow (yikes!) and start the BEST OF 2013 pedal contest. This will go from Nov 1st - Jan 5th. The prize will be a $100 gift certificate....one winner only!

Are you sure you have 1oz copper? A 1:1 ratio should etch a few boards between 5 and 10 minutes.

How about a good etchable SMPS design!  8)

A compliment to the Road Rage on the 3PDT stomp idea!  ;)

I'm a little hesitant on doing high voltage stuff (not for me but for a general audience) but I'll consider it, of course.

Maybe after 6 months? They definitely wear out after a while. I wonder if it is because the heating and cooling cycle weakens the metal....so it loses it insulation properties? I dunno.

I'm thinking of upgrading to a Hakko. They have one where the entire ceramic element is integrated into the tip and you can swap them on the fly. I think that is pretty awesome.

That's great news.

I'm pleased to announce after taking into account fees and postage purchased thus far, we have reached our fundraising goal of $3000 for Function F(x)! Thanks to this community, we will be able to move forward with our plans for a laser engraver. If you have seen any of pickdropper's builds, then you know just how awesome this will be for our products.

I can't say enough about the DIY community. You guys gave generously, and we are incredibly thankful for it! You've helped play a large role in making this happen for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The Fundraiser page is still open for now, but is officially over as we have reached our goal. This means if you missed out, there's still a chance to purchase the PCB packs but maybe not much longer. I will be doing the final tally on left-over PCBs and we will discuss in a couple of days what to do with them. Possibly we will offer the remainders for sale as individuals but I cannot say ATM until the team decides.

Lastly, I will be working on getting the remaining packets out today. There will also be some thank you cards sent out for the folks who made donations in a few more days, so please be on the lookout.

I'm really surprised I managed to pull this one off. It has a lot of parts and interconnectedness which proved challenging. I wanna build this, for sure. It's an MP Forrest Green comp.

I have a schematic of the Keeley 4 knob compressor if anyone is interested.
Daniel

Thanks, I'll add the 4knob comp (Keeley) to the list.

Here's an MP Ruby Red Boost with the buffer section split off into its own PCB.

Was going through all my transfers tonight to finish up a few builds and I came across Jon's Supreaux Deux with the built on charge pump. A Madbean version with board mounted pots would be awesome.

Finished the Supro some time ago so that's already there.

I don't think I've done a Ross comp.

Hey, how about the Hotcake? I know there were a batch of PCBs around before (I built two of them myself), but those seem to be out of production and I think this is a project a lot of people are regularly interested in.

Already done.  ;)

Dunno what Jacob's plans are for offering a PCB, but I do have that on my list of etchable projects if I have time.

One more day for the Fundraiser. We have raised 90% of our goal thus far! W00t!
