That is a lot of chunk in that opening track. Sounds ill.  I also think the art is top notch . . . great video.  Inspiring me to head to the soldering station.

Great looking build - super sharp.  Nice graphics and that board looks cleaaaaan.  I also appreciate your discussion of the impact on tone and +/- of the pedal.  I often fall in love with whatever I just built and don't always think clearly about what sounds good or works in my flow.  I dig your honest take.

Great looking gardens y'all.  I'm especially envious of the olive trees . . . they seem to be 1/3 of my diet.  Does it take a lot to process the olives? Brine and all that?

We grow blueberries, grapes (poorly), cherries and kitchen herbs.  But I ate a bowl of the first harvest blueberries for breakfast today . . . delicious!

To build an enclosed pedal board with the pedals as modules is a great idea.  I'm really impressed with your design and layout (not to mention the wiring work).   Honestly this looks like a really creative project and the kind of thing that could get massive.

Do you also have a Eurorack system?  I'm enjoying my Eurorack voyage and have been building some modules.  I put a PT2399 echo/noise circuit (from diystompboxes) behind a Eurorack panel this weekend and I feel like my world has opened up.  I think the guitar pedal/ synth exchange is a healthy one.  I know that the DIY communities have some venn diagram cross-overs.

This is an awesome video.  Makes me want to build this.  Good playing, raw charm and that vibrato at 4:30 is ridiculous.  Nice work.

Are you building MBP pcbs behind Eurorack?  Any need for power conversion?  I really like your panel graphics.

Great design and a really kind gift.  Few people deserve more support these days than educational staff.  Right on!

Saturday mornings are for some good ZZ Top LPs (Tres Hombres, Fantango and First album) played on vinyl at a high volume on large speakers with the window open.

That wood is dope.  Looks awesome and ready to shred.  At this point, I've got distinct pedal boards for each instrument.  What is the planned signal chain for this rascal if you don't mind me asking.

I watched it last night and enjoyed myself.  I think it got worse as it went along.  During the history part, we get a pretty clean narration of the stories behind some famous pedals.  The origin stories and the makers got some good time and there were enough scenes to keep me interested.  At the end it got a little public relations-focused.  I agree with Jimilee that they missed a great opportunity to showcase new builders who aren't goofy white guys.  Who do you think came off well?  I liked the JHS dude, Wampler and Fran.

That is really crisp.  I love "guardians of the analog."  Did you heatshrink the transistor legs?

I'm stoked about what you are doing there.  What is the power connection?  Are those Eurorack size panels?

@Aentons - thanks for the reply.  I got some new switches on order and you helped clear this up.  If I'm understanding you right, that when I read the data sheet the ones w/ parentheses are the models that will be momentary, indicated by the default status in parentheses?  So I want a couple 10TC265s . . .

And yep, I've got a couple of pedals that have momentary DPDT toggle switches. I think I got them for the parasite builds to trigger the LFO for modulation.
