I'm so torn with this, or waiting for for Brian's board. I'll likely wait for Brian's because I don't need two presets and it will be cheaper. It's looking great so far, can't wait to see your finished product!

Uh, you can build both? Nobody needs all the phasers and yet I do!

I need one of all the phasers, when I build my glasshole it will be the 3rd mutron phaser I've built in 6 months lol. I have like 5 other phasers to build still.

Build Reports / Boss BF-2 Flanger
June 27, 2020, 05:42:27 PM
First off, shout-out to to John (Bio77) and Felix (quantum effects). This project would not have been possible without them. John was kind enough to send me one of the boards he won from Felix. And Felix did a great job with this project. Thank you both!
The build docs were excellent and bias was very simple. I used to have a mij bf-2 in the early 90s and was my first Flanger, and man does this thing take me back. Sounds just like I remember it. Used cool audio bbds, no mojo parts or unicorn tears in this one. Another fun build, thanks again guys.

Marvel gets the rights back in November I believe. They wont use charlie cox even though that whole series was cast flawlessly. Would be awesome to see him pop up in the next spiderman though.

It was perfectly cast and just wonderfully done. Sorry for the derail.
Not at all, don't ever apologize for talking comics or guitar!

Things have been kinda slow on the pedal front, between kids finishing up the school year, the increase in surgeries in the OR at work and catching up on yard work. This build has been sloooow. Glad it came out ok and works good. You know there are not a lot of demos out there on this one. It does what it's supposed to and sounds really cool. Way more control than the slow gear. I have to find a way to incorporate this into my playing, it's so different. Works best for me with low output single coils.

That turned out great, who wouldn't want their face on a pedal? I wish I had someone else to build a pedal for. There is one guy at work but he's a bass player that keeps things super simple. I love seeing posts like this, musicians giving music gifts to other musicians

Huge Dean Deleo fan, so making this would take me back to that super important time in my youth when I truly fell in love with music and core was one of those records I loved. Plush would have been nothing without this pedal

Are they cheaper? What's the advantage if other ones are still available?

I received one xvive MN3007 in one of my last order. I replace the old stock MN3007 in my CE-2 DIY for this new one. It's hHard to say if there's something different, but it worked.
Awesome thanks for the reply. I don't buy into the snake oil mojo of all nos parts. I'll order them.
