A have an odd recurring earworm.  Every now and again, I'll get a section of a Souza march going through my head which will just come out of nowhere.  Crashing cymbals and everything.  It usually takes me a couple of days to shake it.  The weird thing is, it happens with 2 or 3 different marches of his, almost like they take turns rotating.  They must really be tattooed in my brain because I never listen to that kind of music otherwise.  I mean, he was obviously the MAN when it came to that type of music, but to be stuck on them like that is really annoying.  After a while it might as well be something like Send in the Clowns.
FWIW, I was never in a marching band.

My daughter is two and a half right now and her favorite movie is Moana. I've had "You're Welcome!" stuck in my head for about two months now. I wake up in the middle of the night with "I'm just an ordinary demi-guy!" already locked and loaded. The song is hilarious and great, but my god when will it end?!?!
Hah, that song is awesome, & I had that in my head for a while too.  I even youtube'd it & watched it a couple of times.

I suspect you might have a little solder bridge somewhere.  I can see tiny pieces of solder splattered around on the copper side.  I'd reflow those joints and try to clean those little flecks up anywhere you see them.

It's beautiful.
I need to look into this no film stuff, it looks great.  Either that, or your technique with it is excellent!

Same thing happened to me.  Didn't even know they carried 2.5mm barrel jacks and ended up with a whole bag of 'em.

Tech Help - Projects Page / Re: Dual switch LED help

Yeah the other board is going to need power for its LED too.  I'm not familiar with that 3pdt board but I'm guessing it doesn't matter which pad you use: dc 9v or 9v.  And the one on the left likely only needs one wire for 9v or dc 9v, and it looks like you may have both?  It's a little hard to tell.  You could run a wire from either one of those over to the other board and that'd probably work.

I remember a couple of those threads and some videos of shooting at stuff and blowing things up.  He seemed like he'd have been pretty wild to hang out with in real life.

Hah, I bet de-soldering all those parts from all those old projects is a trip down memory lane.
I've been robbing parts off old boards to build new stuff, but I don't have a nice gun like that.  I'd love to have one but man, the good ones are pricy.  I've seen off brand ones going for a little over a hundred but really have no idea how dependable they are in the long term.
