Very nice! Where'd you get that enclosure color? PPP, Mammoth, or DIY? lol

Quote from: juansolo on August 23, 2012, 09:11:21 AMTo be honest, I'm bored senseless with the whole thing. I'm just numb to it all now and couldn't care less.

My thoughts exactly.  ;)

Requests / Mid boost like the Suhr Koko Boost?
August 02, 2012, 01:17:22 PM
Does anyone know of a project (or can someone make one) similar to the Suhr Koko Boost? It has 2 channels; a Clean boost on one side and a Mid boost on the other. Sounds interesting, j/w if anyone knew of how to replicate this?

The mid boost is the part I'm more interested in.

Part of your problem is that the LM386 is not a dual op amp. Its a power amplifier. Totally different kind of chip.

Jacob

That's what I was thinking.

I don't think there is a direct alternative sub for LM386 (or JRC386). But the good thing is that if you are in the US, you can get one at Radio Shack.

Eh, there's one about 45 mins away. Lol guess that's as good as it gets though.

Is there a substitute for LM386 at all? I've been looking up different drive circuits and a few that I like require LM386's and I don't have any lol

Would any of these that I DO have on hand work? I have 4559, 4558, TL072, TL071, LF351N, CA3130EZ (and PT2399, but I know that won't work haha).

Awesome! I had never wanted to try Eagle before since it seemed so complicated, but your video obviously helped a ton lol

Also (a little off-topic), not that I'm going to get THIS one made, but where do you guys get your fabbed boards from? That Dorkbot site?

Ok, this was my first time I've ever tried my hand at Eagle so I tried something simple (your Dead Easy Dirt project, CJ).

Does this look correct?
