-390nF 50V 5% poly caps for only 15c. Why is this notable? Because they're something like $1 each at Mouser and rare everywhere else.

You can actually get Panasonic 390nF 50v 5% caps from Mouser for 17.5 cents if you buy 10 and 11.8 cents if you buy 100.

Dunno how I missed this. That's slick as all get out. I think we need a new shot of your 1590 board.  :o

Yeah, I'll do that.

I need to pick up a second PT Nano.  I'm getting tired of moving things around so much on the one I've got.

This is beautiful, Alan.

Does this mean you are going to go back and decorate all of your previous builds?  :-P

Doubly switch? Not sure what that is...

I think it's a Spinal Tap reference to go with the name of the pedal.

I don't know if I would be considered a commercial builder or not.  I've built for others, but the majority of my build reports are things I did for me or close friends.

Function f(x) is the more dedicated commercial venture.

I can't wait for you to start selling these

He's not??

Dave... I always thought some of these were commercial.  ???

I think he meant he couldn't wait for me to sell boards.

Actually, these won't be offered for sale.  Brian did some development work on the Kraken, and this is really just a smaller version of his design.  I'd encourage everybody to build it as it's a cool circuit, but I feel people should buy his board.

Looks great, shame about the 3080, though. ;)

If you are going to bring in the funk, you have to bring in the noise as well.  :-)

This is basically the same as Brian's take on the Mutron V (his Kraken).  I liked the circuit enough that I wanted to shrink it down.

Amazing wiring, really.  I can't imagine how long it took to do that.

Very nice build.

The name is a pretty cunning way of getting free advertising, too --

"Hey, you won't BELIEVE what this electronic parts store is called!"

"What?"

"Bitches Love My Switches!"

"... you're joking."

"Nope, seriously!"

"What, does he run a postshop called 'Skanks Love My Stamps'?"

Wouldn't it be "Tramps Love My Stamps?"

That could also be the name of a tattoo parlor.
