While the Fatpants is very nice and musical, it is not "transparent", it does have a sound of its own. The Thunderpuss and Bacon Bits and Slambox would be better for not changing your tone.
However, you play an AC30-ish amp. So a Rangemaster would be perfect for driving that amp hard. It's not transparent either, but works wonders for that kind of amp.

If you want to do a true tribute to the Dark Tower series, you need to make 8 pedals, 3 of which are really good and 5 of which are mediocre at best.  ;D
That made me laugh.

The Gunslinger

Stephen King reference noted. The door, the roses, the skulls.
Very cool builds!

Just how many pedals do you finish per week? Incredible.
Also: nice.

This is great. The Peppermill is one of my favorites, but the clipping options and added gain is what's been missing!

Great build of a great pedal, I love my Double Flush too.

Also: spent two weeks in Portugal in May. The coffee! The bakeries! The landscape! The everything!

Haha. He said "Noob" and posted this.
I shouldn't post build reports myself anymore ...

cool stuff man! My Fatpants is contantly on too, well i have one at the front of the chain for tone, and one at the back for boosting!

Where did you get those tiny boxes? I need them in my life! haha

keep up the god work!

George

It's the A1 box by Teko:
http://www.reichelt.de/Teko-Alu-Gehaeuse/TEKO-A1/3//index.html?ACTION=3&GROUPID=5201&ARTICLE=21200&SHOW=1&START=0&OFFSET=16&&SID=11UeLe238AAAIAAB2@J3g0bb10dca10f03b3091276e06215ad008&LANGUAGE=EN
but it seems to be out of stock at Banzai at the moment:

However: don't use it! It's thin and unstable, it bends, it's not suitable for footswitches and it's a pain to drill and to work with in general.

Build Reports / More boosting fun

Haven't posted a build report in a long time.
So, following up this thread
http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=8190.0
here are some more boosters:

The black one is a positive ground Rangemaster on a Madbean board with a RoadRage installed, and it kills.
The green one is 1776's Little Red Boost.
Guts:

I really like their pedals, and pricing, but don't have the skills for this.
But you do.
