It took me a second but the "thank you Jesus" reference is hilarious!!!  The American ones (at least the ones in Illinois) aren't signed but Emmanuel would be a sly tip of the hat.

Haha.  Yeah, we were quite literally vaccinated by the hands of Jesus. 😂

We had to drive about an hour and half east to a rural town to get ours.  Apparently, they were throwing away vaccines due to a lack of local interest.

We've got a federal mass vaccination site up here in Yakima (1,200 shots a day) and 65% are going to people from the west side of the mountains.

I'm about 2hrs south of you in The Dalles.  Similar demographics to Yakima so I would bet my $$$ that a lot of shots here are going to folks west of the Cascades as well.

My wife and I got our first shots last Thursday.  Thank you Jesus!  :P

That's great!

Five & half hours ago my wife & i had our first date with Pfizer, 35 minute walk there all downhill, 50 minute walk home all uphill...

If your referring to the giveaway PCBs listed through the store, they are periodically released when a batch of new projects are released.  They are given away on a first come first serve basis to anyone who places an order until they are sold out. The documents currently listed are from previous giveaways. If you keep an eye on the forum, Brian usually gives a heads up before the new releases and giveaways are made available.

Oddly, I keep building tubescreamers and thinking..... "Nah, I'm not into this"

Sounds like me with BMPs!

Hmm... I've never had issues like that and I just eyeball the measurements. It's typically rock solid after a couple days. I do know that it cures better in warmer temperatures.  Are you working in a warm environment?

Color me boring but....

What about a JFET test rig? Something that could be used to match JFETs for a Phase AND.... for Idss, etc. Something slick and useful in Madbean fashion.

This way when the many questions about JFETs are posted, anyone can point to the project and say "Build this and ye shall find the way!"  ;D
I really like this idea. We all love fuzz and overdrives but maybe something like this would help other people discover other fx they like to build!

My other thought is maybe a stripped down version of the Cave Dweller. Maybe a fixed level and tone and just have the time and fdbk as pots.

I'd definitely love to see a 1590A delay back in the store!

I just checked for continuity between the front and back of one those 9mm pots and it turns out they are connected so you can leave things as is.  The noise should go away once it's boxed and those lugs are tied to ground via the enclosure.

Edit: never mind! looks like you ran wires to tie them into ground.  Probably a more reliable solution IMO.

Fantastic build Jimi!!!

I'm guessing the back of those pots are not in contact with the enclosure like a typical 16mm pot. Do you have a multimeter with continuity setting? If so, I'd tighten one of those pots down and check for continuity between the enclosure and the back of the pot.

Oooo, I like the paint job on that cat!!
That's Mia, our 13 year calico.  They can be a handful, but we fell in the with that "paint job" the moment we laid eyes in her.
