This was the second etch that I'd done,( the last post was the third). If you can't tell by looking, it's the tractor beam phaser.  This etch is from before I found the HP paper, that's why some pits. I didn't feel it was worth my time to paint it to really make the hideousness pop. Thanks the gordo for spotting my bone hard mistake.

^^^^very cool.
I just heat the solder and then physically blow it out of the hole. Quick, easy and less frustrating. Seems primitive, but I've been doing it for years now.

Is the input or output shorted to ground somewhere? Can you loosen the jacks and see if you get signal through then?
I'd guess ground, too.  It's hard to see where all the ground wires end up, but i'd guess the input jack??  Might be a good idea to remove the jack and sand away the powder coat.
This. Is the input jack "in" solder joints touching the enclosure? It's hard to tell, could be an illusion.

Glad I could help. Downside is that desoldering VFE boards is a PITA.
Yep, but they're so thick, the pads don't tend to come off. I can't believe I did that.

I think all your 47n caps are 4n7.
Holy cow, that's a new one! Thanks for the eyes .

Throw down a couple of pics, it'll be good to get some additional eyes on it.  Probably something you're looking right at but can't see.  Isn't that almost always the case :-)

Plus...you gotta get this one working.  I think the TB is my fave phaser.
Do you know the wet signal path? This schematic doesn't make sense to me.

That's really cool that you were able to fit the buffered wiring on there. Looking at it again, I wonder if I had extended the PCB on either side of the 3pdt if I could maybe have fit it in. Hadn't really thought of it until after I had them made.
If you were to make the board so that it mounted to the stomp, you'd probably have a little more room on that end, you'd have the ability to control where the resistors go. In the flavor of the byoc mini pedals so to speak. I think that, for a 1590 size pedal, that's a sharp design.

Nice. You're I. To the right workflow.

I can't tell you the last time I played through any of my 8 amps. Always someone bitchin about the noise. I use logic for everything. It sounds a whole lot cleaner than garage band. Lots of amp and can combos with options to move the mic around thy s speaker.
