Can you make a TAPLFO? I'm in need of one, I can't find the one I had before I moved.

The Cenote is stereo R=right L=left
Checkout the pics from the reverb links above
Quote from: rockola on April 03, 2020, 06:27:05 AMI will preface with this: I am hard of hearing from too many years of Rock and Roll bands I've played in. I wear hearing aids, and my hearing is directional. If you're not looking at me, you basically don't exist. My ringtone is the loudest most obnoxious bit of music I could find.Quote from: Muadzin on April 02, 2020, 07:29:09 PMThat does have a ringtone quality to it - "PICK UP THE PHONE NOW!"
my phone ... does have the coolest ringtone. The intro of Hostage to Heaven by Grip Inc.
Mine is the first 8 seconds of this.

When my mom calls, it's this.

When my wife (who is a teacher) calls, it's the chorus of this.

Quote from: peAk on April 04, 2020, 03:27:56 AM+1 My first kit was an opticomp. They are great kits and go together easily. I have since built several more. They come out with the occasional kit that makes me want to build it, but usually, I just source PCBs and parts. They are super easy to work with, NWKenning is the man if you hop over to their forum, plus they have some PCBs listed on their site also.
My first and only pedal kit was a BYOC Reverb
It was awesome and I am so grateful I started with them because the build went smoothly, it had great instructions, and it definitely planted the seed.
Just wanted to give BYOC props.
Side note, since then I have bought pcbs from them. I contacted them and they were super cool and sold me just pcbs. Just FYI to anyone that maybe wants to build something they have but don't need the kit.
Quote from: gordo on April 04, 2020, 12:12:29 PM++! It isn't difficult, it's just tedious. Go for it.
+1. The difference in quality and consistency is crazy. It's what tipped SMD in for me, figuring I'd never be able to solder those tiny parts. You get creative with tape and/or tweezers as needed.
Quote from: trailer on April 03, 2020, 06:29:34 PMIgnore the "R" you have Ground In Out LED . I don't know about the ones not labeled.
Hey all! Long time no post. With the ol plague outside I've had time to get back into building pedals. I have a handful of PCBs from Abominable that I don't understand the off board wiring for. See the two pics attached. Anybody here have suggestions they are willing to share?

I'll echo "acob's" comment. If anyone feels themselves in the trough of depression or despair we are here. Don't wanna talk in public? Lotsa ways to communicate in private. You just have to reach out.
I had a bit of a downturn a few days ago myself but came out of it pretty quick, thankfully. Actually, I had two or three days where I just was tired all the time. Could not keep my eyes open, I was taking daytime naps, had no motivation, etc. I thought, "welp, I'm either getting depressed or sick and neither is a good thing right now".
Turns out I accidentally bought decaf at the previous store run. True story. I switched back to regular and felt fine the next day, haha. Point is, sometimes it takes very little to put the rail car back on the tracks.
Quote from: Matmosphere on April 03, 2020, 02:25:57 PMI thought they were overseas.
I was assuming Das Musikding wouldn't be able to ship overseas. Perhaps that isn't true.
Quote from: madbean on April 02, 2020, 08:04:39 PMI've been screaming this for weeks. I even wrote our Mayor an email about it. It could have been stopped here a month ago.
It's a good thing, IMO. A country-wide order might get this thing under control in a few weeks instead of months. We're trending toward 1k deaths per day in the US.
Quote from: Ben N on April 03, 2020, 10:15:02 AMHere in the south, change is bad.
Diversify, people. Even Brian pops in at diysb from time to time.
Quote from: brucer on April 02, 2020, 01:38:04 AMIsn't that the pt2399 version?
Madbean Dirtbag Deluxe: Deluxe Memory Man in a 1590BB: beautiful, musical, compact analog 550ms delay with chorus / vibrato modulation, true bypass and center-pin negative 9–15vDC operation. It will never leave my pedalboard.
